Independent Field Inspector
JMI Reports, Inc. is currently seeking Independent Contractors to complete onsite insurance inspections in the Bethlehem and surrounding areas.
You must be willing and able to learn all types of our inspection types.
All applicants considered are required to have the following:
o Strong work ethic with attention to detail
o High degree of personal integrity
o Strong organizational and time management skills
o A computer with Internet Explorer and Printer
o High Speed Internet access
o A digital camera - with 5x zoom or better for exterior and interior photos.
o A measuring wheel - for gathering exterior square footage dimensions.
o A Mono Pod for taking roof photos.
o A reliable vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
o Must be able to pass a criminal background check
o A cell phone
o Familiar with email communication
This is an Independent Contractor 1099 position. All inspections are completed in the field within a 14 day period.
Payment for completed reports is issued bi-weekly.
Experience is preferred.
Completed reports are paid to the inspector with an established fee per report.
